Eva Quittman

Eva Quittman has over a decade of tutoring experience at all grade levels and has been with the center since 2024. Eva graduated with distinction in chemistry from Yale, where they served as a peer tutor teaching calculus. Prior to becoming a tutor, Eva spent a career in environmental advocacy and research projects as well as grant writing and policy issues. 

 

Eva now tutors high school and college students at the center in various math and science subjects, including chemistry, calculus, physics, and environmental studies. Additionally, Eva tutors Latin, Spanish, music theory, and executive functioning coaching, where Eva takes an inquiry-based, student-led approach to learning. Eva has extensive experience working with students with additional learning needs including ADHD, autism, and aphantasia. Eva enjoys crocheting, nature photography, and gardening in their spare time.
